Where will the prepared packages be presented?

Know the place
A general locality starts the conversation. The entrance, premises rules and handoff point still need explaining so the provider can assess the actual job.
Site access ↗
Know the people
The sender, site controller and transport provider may be different people. Identify who can answer access, packing and timing questions before one party makes assumptions for another.
Handoff responsibilities ↗
Know the load
Record the packages that will actually be handed over. Goods units inside a carton are different from carton count, and measurements before packing may differ from the finished packages.
Cargo readiness ↗One brief for the next conversation.
The tool organises what you know and separates open questions. You do not need to invent timing, handling responsibilities or access conditions just to complete every field.
Johor is the collection-origin context. It does not mean every location or load type has been accepted by a provider. Obtain confirmation for your particular job.
