A postcode cannot describe an entrance.
Identify entrance, waiting-area and site-rule information for the premises controller and transport provider to confirm before a collection.

Four points before a commitment.
Which approach and entrance should the provider review?
Who explains entry conditions and pedestrian separation?
Where will the prepared packages be presented?
Who confirms the people, handling and next action?

Entrance information
Ask the premises controller to describe the correct entrance, permission requirements and known restrictions. Obtain assessable details of any physical or access-hour limits. Do not guess that a particular vehicle will fit.
- Who can confirm the current details?
- Do conditions vary by entrance or time?
- Which evidence or measurements does the provider need?

Movement within the premises
DOSH’s 2015 guidance emphasises collection/delivery communication and separating pedestrians from vehicles. For the actual location, obtain instructions and assessment from the premises controller.
Ask who receives arrivals, how site rules reach visiting personnel and where cargo will be presented. The diagram above only organises questions; it does not determine a safe layout.
Separate locality context from site instructions.
PTP’s official location page lists its address in Gelang Patah, Johor. This geographic fact does not select a port, route or provider for your goods. The collection point and transaction requirements still need specific confirmation.
If access changes, report it before anyone arrives. Record the new details and request reassessment where needed.
