A useful brief makes the gaps visible.
Prepare a local collection brief with a general locality, package condition, access and responsibilities. Separate known details from unresolved questions.

Build your collection brief
Enter only what you know. Use a general locality, not a full address or telephone number. Information stays on this page and is not kept after a reload.
Example: Kulai. Maximum 60 characters.
Count outer packages, not the goods units inside them. 1–9999; leave blank if unknown.
No brief yet. Enter at least one detail.

Questions to resolve
This summary reflects your inputs. It is not a booking, quote, vehicle-suitability decision or safety approval.

Describe, then confirm.
The synthetic example uses Kulai and 12 packages to show the summary format. It is not a customer location, real booking or evidence of service. Access details that are “available for review” still need assessment.
When sharing further details, use the channel agreed with the provider. The initial brief needs only a general locality; full addresses and contact information need not be entered here.

Keep unknowns visible.
“Not agreed” is useful information. It tells the provider that handling roles or timing still need discussion, instead of allowing a blank space to look like an agreement.
After an input changes, the previous summary is hidden. Generate it again before printing so the record reflects current choices. Reloading the page clears the details.
Bring the summary. Ask for an action.
Use the result as a conversation agenda: known details first, then questions needing answers. Identify who will review each item and how the decision will be communicated.
The WhatsApp button opens shared Cargo assistance with a general greeting. Brief inputs are not transmitted automatically. Review any information you choose to share.
